I'm Ben Basty, the founder of EnergicWear, a Zumba fitness instructor, athlete, and lifelong fitness enthusiast. To me, movement has always been about more than muscle. It builds confidence, clears the mind, and gives us a way to keep growing.
I started EnergicWear because I wanted to bring together the worlds I live in every day: fitness, humor, and personal growth. After years of teaching and training, I learned that the right mindset often begins with how you show up, and sometimes what you wear can provide the spark.
EnergicWear creates motivational and funny fitness apparel for lifting, dancing, training, recovery days, and everyday life. The designs are made to help you feel confident, share a laugh, and remember that progress matters more than perfection.
