Thank you for shopping with EnergicWear. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process, timelines, and what to expect when ordering made-to-order apparel.

Order Processing

All of our products are made to order using Print-on-Demand services. This means we begin printing your item only after you place the order.

• Processing Time: 2–5 business days
  (This includes order verification, printing, quality check, and packaging.)

Estimated Shipping Times

We currently ship to the U.S. only. Shipping is handled by our print providers and their carrier partners.

Destination	Estimated Delivery Time
United States	3–7 business days after fulfillment

Total estimated time = Fulfillment (2–5 days) + Shipping (3–7 days)
Most customers receive their order within 5–10 business days from the order date.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate standard shipping for all orders:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): $4.75

• Free Shipping on Orders Over $75

Rates may vary slightly depending on product type and location. Final rate is shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues & Delays

Please note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs (if applicable), weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.

• If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item, contact the carrier first. Then email us if unresolved.

• If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, email us at energicwear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We’ll work with our production partner to resolve the issue quickly.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned or lost, we are not liable for re-shipping costs. Please double-check your address at checkout.
