Because all of our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Wrong size selection

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are:

Misprinted
-
Damaged

Defective
If your item arrives with a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at energicwear@gmail.com and include:

A clear photo of the item showing the issue

Your order number
-
A short description of the problem
We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right as quickly as possible.
Please note:

There is no need to return the item. If eligible, a replacement or refund will be processed directly.

Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

We are unable to process refunds for incorrect addresses submitted at checkout, or orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
