Refund policy

Because all of our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are:

  • Misprinted

  • Damaged

  • Defective

If your item arrives with a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at energicwear@gmail.com and include:

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the problem

We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • There is no need to return the item. If eligible, a replacement or refund will be processed directly.

  • Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

  • We are unable to process refunds for incorrect addresses submitted at checkout, or orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
