2. Print-on-Demand Notice

All products are made to order. This means:

  • Items are printed only after you place an order.

  • We do not carry inventory.

  • Minor variations in color/placement may occur due to the printing process.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

4. Product Information

We do our best to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee exact color representation due to monitor/device differences.

All sizing information is approximate. We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before purchasing.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We accept payments via:

  • PayPal

  • Credit/Debit cards (via Shopify Payments, Stripe, etc.)

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on destination and the print provider fulfilling your order. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but may be affected by production delays, shipping carrier issues, or global events.

We are not responsible for delays once the product has been handed to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Wrong size selection

  • Change of mind

We only offer replacements/refunds for items that are:

  • Misprinted

  • Damaged

  • Defective

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at [energicwear@gmail.com], including your order number and photo evidence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, graphics, and text, is the property of EnergicWear and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our products or website:
